How to Claim a Replacement for Transit Damage:
If your parcel arrives dented or damaged, we will gladly send you a brand-new replacement at zero extra cost. To help us process your claim within 24 hours, please follow these simple steps when your package arrives:
* Record a Quick Video: Before opening your parcel, start recording a video.
* Show the Package: Clearly show the shipping label and the sealed condition of the outer shipping box/flyer.
* Unbox in Real-Time: Record the unboxing process from start to finish, showing the product being taken out and revealing the damage (dent, scratch, etc.) in a single, unedited clip.

Why is this video required?
We partner with third-party courier services, and they require proof of transit damage to validate claims. Your unboxing video acts as our official proof, allowing us to bypass lengthy investigations and approve your free replacement instantly!
Please Note:
* Claims for dents or external damage cannot be processed without a continuous, unedited parcel-opening video.
* Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging box (which protects the actual bottle inside) does not qualify for a product replacement.
